• Describe the types of cost analyses used in making decisions about reimbursement for cancer drugs.
• Explain the role of cost-effectiveness in reimbursement decisions in the United States compared with the United Kingdom and Canada.
• Provide an example of how cost-effectivenss analysis may affect decisions about coverage of a new cancer therapy.
