Course Description
This webinar provides practical tips and suggestions to inspectors on how to professionally handle uncomfortable situations during inspections, including, but not limited to, inconclusive demonstrations of compliance, disagreements between the applicant and the inspector, and unprepared programs. Inspectors will have an opportunity to ask questions on how to deal with these difficult scenarios in a manner respectful to the applicant. Designed for the entire inspectorate.

Method of Participation
To receive continuing education credit, learners must:
- Participate in the webinar in its entirety
- Take the CE self-assessment test and complete the evaluation

Please note: The learner must answer at least 70% of the questions on the post-test correctly.
