Course Description
This webinar includes a thorough presentation on how to appropriately respond to product deviations including variances, errors, accidents, adverse events, biological product deviations, and complaints. Steps including detection, investigation, evaluation, corrective actions, and reporting will be discussed.

1. Describe the different kinds of product deviations.
2. Follow all appropriate steps for product deviations required by FACT Standards.
3. Explain ways to document and inspect compliance to FACT Standards.

Method of Participation
The estimated time to complete this activity is 1 hour.

To receive continuing education credit, learners must:
1. Participate in the webinar in its entirety; and
2. Take the CE self-assessment test and complete the evaluation.
