Course Description
The promotion and tenure process should be considered as a strategic, purposeful endeavor. Rising faculty can avoid disappointing advancement delays with early, regular and thoughtful discussions and efforts. Charles Murrin, PhD will provide concrete information on promotion and tenure criteria, timelines, documentation, discussions with your chair, the role of the promotion and tenure committee, and other items critical to your academic success at UNMC.
